SureStay by Best Western Morganton

My family and I were in the process of moving. We stayed at this property for two weeks. Rooms are very clean. House keeping was above reproach. They provided essentials items needed without having to request. Management provided steller customer service. They cared for their customers and every time they seen us walking by they greeted us with a warm smile and check to make sure we were happy with our stay so far. Parking lot was easily accessible and clean. Continental breakfast was always fresh and ready at scheduled time each morning. I will return in the future, if in the area! I would recommend to friends and family!! Thank you for such a great experience!

This stay was just what my family and i needed. They reserved the room for us very quickly, within 2 days of us arriving. The people at the front desk were amazing and willing to help us out with any questions and also helped out several times during our stay with restaurant recomemdations which were spot on. The room was immaculate when we 1st walked in and looked that way every morning after room service cleaned it. The amenities were conveinient and accessable concidering i dont drive. The workout room was great but they may want to think about an indoor pool for the future. I didnt even have to travel anywhere to pick up food 1st thing in the morning because they have a covenantal breakfast that consists of just about anything you could eat within reason. The only thing i didnt like was that it had to end and i shouldnt have to say it but it was a speedy checkout. Hahaha I cant wait til next time. Thanks SureStay...

I always stay here and they always take exceptional care of me. Excellent family here and convenient to everything.

Owners and family were very nice. Fixed any issues we had. Accommodated us for breakfast and coffee. Place is in middle of renovations and updates. Owners communicated cleaning days. Washer dryer worked for our needs. Ice machine was good. Will be back in a year. Look forward to see what the family has done to it. No big issues. 10 rooms and no issues. New beds and head boards. Over all. Our rooms did what we needed. Close to a great Mexican restraunt and close to town. Ask for room on end and to the back. You hear all the cars in a front room and laundry and ice machine in center. Would stay again just to chat with the family

The room was nice and the service was friendly. The continental breakfast included fresh waffles which was fantastic! My only complaint is that the carpet felt gross under bare feet. It definitely felt like it needed a thorough shampooing, or just needed to be replaced.

We came here after being displaced from Hurricane Helene from Avery County. Fenil was so nice to us and hurry and finished rooms he was remodeling so we would have a place to stay. He graciously allowed our dog to come with us, even though their policy is not to allow pets. We have stayed a month and they have been so gracious and helpful to us. I highly recommend this place whether you are staying a night or a week. Very clean and we felt safe here.

The rooms are pretty good. The television has Tubi installed on it so there's always something on. The appliances in my room could be updated. The bed is comfortable and I haven't seen any bugs at all.
